When will I receive my package?

Each zentai costume you ordered at JustCostume.com will be custom-made by our tailors from scratch. It takes about 7 days for this time. Then we send the parcel by EMS express. It takes about 5 days. So you will get your package 12 days later after you place your order. But if you buy your zentai suits for Halloween, you should place the order early because of too many orders this time.

Can I check the status of my order?

The order status is processing after you complete your payment. And we would send an email to you after we send your package with tracking number and tracking link. Then you can track your items online.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship packages to worldwide.

How do I determine the correct size for me?

A sizing chart is available on almost every product page. Please note that zentai costumes are meant to be tight fitting. You can also select custom-made size and upload your size measurements to us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal system to complete the payment. You would be redirected to PayPal website to pay for your order with your credit card or debit card.
